Meetings

Agenda templates, transcripts pulled onto the client record, and AI-generated action items with an assignee and a priority on each one.

Meetings in Power CRM

The meeting is not done when the call ends

A client call produces value only if it produces work. In most agencies it produces a transcript nobody opens and a vague memory that someone owes someone a landing page.

Agendas that repeat

Meetings run from templates. A Strategy Session, for example, moves through Performance Review, Challenges, Goals, Action Items and Questions — the same way, every time, for every client, no matter who on your team is running it. Consistency is the difference between a client call and a client relationship.

The transcript lives with the client

Pull the transcription onto the meeting record — including from a Google Doc source — and it is attached to the client, not sitting in the inbox of whoever happened to record the call. Six months later, the person who takes over the account can read it.

Meetings become assigned work

Send the agenda, the notes and the transcript to the model and Power CRM returns structured action items: the item text, who it is assigned to, and its priority. Each one is editable, so a wrong assignee is a click, not a rewrite.

That is the entire point. The meeting ends, and the work already exists, attached to the client, with a name on it.

Questions about meetings

Where does the transcript come from?

You point the meeting at the transcript source — including a Google Doc — and Power CRM fetches it onto the meeting record so it lives with the client rather than in an inbox.

How good are the AI action items?

They are generated from the agenda, your notes and the transcript together, and they come back structured — text, assignee, priority. Each one is editable, so you correct rather than retype.

Do meetings attach to the client?

Yes. Meetings are part of the client workspace, alongside onboarding, documents and appointments.
